Class Dismissed: Education and the Rise of Homeschooling

All across America parents are becoming increasingly dissatisfied with public education, and that’s just one of many reasons why homeschooling is the fastest growing sector in education today. Parents are pulling their children out of “school” seeking alternatives to institutionalized schooling. Tune in as Donna Vail and her guest Jeremy Stuart discuss the benefits and freedoms that homeschooling offers and how children are being prepared for a better future. Every family chooses their own path with homeschooling and Jeremy’s film “Class Dismissed: Education and the Rise of Homeschooling” will shed a new light on where modern homeschooling began, its growing popularity and how early homeschooling families struggled with legal battles paving the way for millions of homeschooling families to home educate their children. Tune in and get an insider’s view into what’s really happening in the world of homeschooling.
